No actual training session these past two days, but I do have some notes.
- Attempted QM (Quadriped Movement). Extremely physically tiring. Will have to do more often, as it requires a complete synthesis of arm and leg movement. Great thing to practice.
- Accomplished a wall run up a 6' non-keystone concrete wall several times quite easily.
- Accomplished a roll landing off said wall decently.
- Attempted to speed vault a waist high chain link fence. Terrible idea. Never do it again.
