Training over the weekend and yesterday included:
-Biking
-1" Wall Walk
-1" Cat Walk
-2lb Vaults
-Lazy Vaults
-Kong-to-Speed Rotations
I won't go into detail since none of it was very regimented, but I'll cover some of the highlights. I konged and speed vaulted my biggest table yet, a taller and wider picnic table than ever before (and it was easy). I got 17 kong-to-speed rotations. I'm no longer terrible at left footed lazies (though they do need work). And I got a new pair of Vibrams I'm breaking in. That is all.
