Training Log: September 12, 2009

Training yesterday included:

-Biking
-1" Wall Walk
-1" Cat Walk
-Rolls
-Landings
-360° Underbar
-Precisions
-Sprint Vaults
-6" Beam Run
-1" Wall Squats

Biking:

1" Wall Walk:

1" Cat Walk:

Rolls:
More push with feet, more momentum, equals smoother roll.

Landings:

360° Underbar:
10 standing, 10 at a walk. Getting better.

Precisions:
I missed one, but I've decided it's a requirement to make 10.

Sprint Vaults:
10 Kong, 10 Speed, and a travelling Kong between each.

6" Beam Run:

1" Wall Squats:
These were harder than usual, but then again I don't think I've done them for a month. They'll get better again.
