Biking:
I decided on something fun to do whenever I bike now. When I have enough momentum, particularly when going down slight slopes, I pedal backward at the same rate I would be pedaling forward. Not only does it help my legs get used to a wider range of motion, but I assume it looks really awkward to anyone who might see it.

1" Wall Walk:
Yep.

1" Cat Walk:
I didn't quite red line it today. Not a huge deal, I feel pretty comfortable with it at this point. By pretty comfortable, I mean really comfortable. Doing QM trots across the top of walls up to 9' high with concrete below will do that.

Rolls:
I only pulled off nine today. After the various attempts all week, my hip bone is pretty bruised. The solution to that would obviously be to stop landing on my hip. Fair enough, except it seems nearly impossible. I know it's not, because every once in awhile I pull it off, but I also know I'll hit it for 16/20 of my rolls during drills. I'd rather not suffer terrible pain whenever I do.

Landings:
10 off the bench, 5 off the purple platform.

360° Underbars:
10 at a standstill (it took me at least 15 tries to get 10 good ones), and 10 at a brisk walk. I struggled with these more than the last few times I've been at the park, I'm just over-thinking the technique.

Precisions:
Purple platform to 6" beam. Took 15 to make 10 without falling.

Sprint Vaults:
5 Speed, 5 Kongs, a traveling kong after each.

Lazy Vaults:
10.

6" Beam Run:
I was on that park perimeter for a very long time. I don't know how many laps I did, but I felt drenched in sweat when I decided to call it quits.

1" Wall Squats:
10, 7 without grabbing the pole for support.
