1" Wall Walk:

1" Cat Walk:
Given the speed I can move with this now, I should really be pushing myself farther than the red line. It does take a lot out of me to move at that speed though.

Rolls:
4 sets of 5 again, crouch to QM. Given the wet grass, I was able to see where my roll is going. I still need improvement, because my left shoulder is getting some of the impact. It's not going right down my spine, which is good, but it's not going exactly where it should either. I think I've always known that, I've just kind of ignored it.

Landings:
10 of them off the bench seat onto cement, 5 off the bench back onto cement, all trying to land as quietly as possible to gain leg strength.

Kongs:
Nothing special today. Just 15.

Speeds:
I've never gone with as much speed as I did today. I know for a fact it is not possible for me to have approached any faster than I did. Really scary, really thrilling.

Lazies:
15. Nothing special.

General Conditioning:
17 dive-bomber push-ups, 15 pull-ups, 40-30-20 crunches, 20 dips, as many squats balancing on the wall as I could muster. I think those squats are going to be really enjoyable, I'm excited to keep those up. Fun and challenging.

6" Beam Run:
We're leaving together
